Stock control that updates itself

Each product carries a cost price, a selling price, an optional wholesale and VIP price, a barcode, a category, a supplier and an alert quantity. The moment a sale is completed, stock drops. The moment you record a purchase from a supplier, stock rises. Nothing has to be adjusted by hand.

Products can be simple items, variable items with units such as box, bale, outer, sachet or piece with automatic conversion factors, or refillable products such as gas cylinders and water where the content and the container are tracked separately. Refill sales reduce only the content, while selling a full container reduces both.

The low-stock list tells you what to reorder before you run out, and the stock value card shows what your shelves are worth at cost and at retail.

Payments, receipts and customer debt

Take cash, M-PESA or card on the same sale, and split payment across methods when a customer pays part now and part later. Each sale prints a compact thermal receipt carrying your logo, shop name, address, phone number, invoice number, the served-by name, itemised lines with quantities and units, tax and the grand total.

Credit customers get a due limit. When their balance reaches that limit, AririPOS blocks further credit until they pay, so debts never quietly grow out of control. The Due Payments screen lists everyone who owes you, with a full payment history per customer, and can send SMS or WhatsApp reminders to customers who have opted in.

Reports that answer real questions

The dashboard shows sales today, sales this month, purchases, profit, money collected, money still owed, stock value, best-selling products and best-buying customers. Tap any card to see the numbers behind it. A privacy toggle hides all amounts instantly when a customer is standing at the counter.

Reports break revenue down day by day for the last two weeks and rank top products by revenue, so you can see which lines deserve more shelf space and which are tying up your capital.
